What to expect

You can expect a safe, collaborative, and down-to-earth space in therapy, where I meet you with genuine emotional attunement in every session. We’ll build trust from the first meeting by openly discussing your goals, background, confidentiality, and how the process works. Sessions involve honest, non-judgmental conversations to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns, often with practical tools or exercises to help address challenges and build coping skills. Progress varies—some experience quick relief or fresh insights, while deeper shifts usually come with consistent effort over time. While it can feel vulnerable as tough topics arise, the aim is always to promote a greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, stronger relationships, and practical tools to navigate life’s difficulties with greater ease and hope.

Insurances Accepted

Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, & United Healthcare. Rates are based on your provider, your plan, and your copay.

I use a third-party platform (Headway) to process insurance billing.

Self-Pay

If you are not using insurance, my self-pay rate is $130 a session. If you are out of network, I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance provider. Self-pay clients will be charged through Simple Practice.

Scheduling

Clients may conveniently schedule therapy sessions via the secure online scheduling link through Simple Practice, email, or text.

Cancellations

I strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. However, to respect the reserved time and allow others the opportunity to schedule, a cancellation fee of half the session cost ($67) applies for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows.
